The Short Version
We're building Full Funnel's paid media function from a strong foundation into the most technically advanced paid practice in B2 B services. We're looking for one person to own that build with us.
If you are a professionally passionate technical enthusiast — someone who runs paid because you actually find it interesting, not because it's the job you got — this is a playground. We have the partnerships. We have the tooling. We have real clients with real budgets across a wide range of industries. And we have no bureaucracy standing between an idea and a live test.
About Full Funnel
Full Funnel is a GTM and Rev Ops services firm that partners with B2 B organizations to solve their hardest go-to-market and revenue problems. Paid media sits inside our Marketing Operations team alongside SEO, GEO & LLM optimization, lifecycle email, and automation.
We are AI-native by default and we are early on most of what is coming. The person in this seat will help define how paid programs get built here over the next several years — not just execute the ones that already exist.
What This Role Actually Is
You will own paid media programs end to end for a portfolio of B2 B clients: strategy, build, launch, optimization, and the client conversation about all of it.
"End to end" is the operative phrase, and it is the single thing we screen hardest for. This is not a ticket queue. We are not looking for someone who receives a task, completes the task, submits the task, and considers the loop closed. We are looking for someone who takes a task, steps back to understand where it sits in the client's larger program, notices the thing nobody assigned, and pushes it through to a result.
That instinct — ownership plus initiative plus the willingness to look past the edge of the assignment — is the difference between a good candidate and the person we hire.
Core Responsibilities
Campaign ownership - Build, launch, and optimize paid search and paid social programs across Google Ads, Linked In Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager - Own budget pacing, bid strategy, audience architecture, and creative testing roadmaps at meaningful spend levels - Structure accounts properly from the start — naming conventions, conversion tracking, offline conversion imports, and attribution that holds up under scrutiny - Run structured experimentation and report on what you learned, not just what happened
Client leadership - Present performance, insight, and recommendation directly to client stakeholders — this is a client-facing role from week one - Translate platform data into business language: pipeline contribution, CPL, MQL-to-SQL, CAC, ROI - Proactively bring clients ideas they did not ask for and did not know to ask for
Systems and measurement - Build and maintain dashboards in Hub Spot, Looker Studio, or Databox - Work with Rev Ops to maintain clean lead routing, attribution, and full-funnel visibility - Ensure conversion tracking, GTM/GA4 configuration, and CRM handoff are correct — because a well-run campaign on top of broken measurement is worth nothing
Building the function - Contribute to Full Funnel's proprietary workflows, playbooks, and internal tooling for paid - Test AI-native approaches to research, creative production, account structure, and analysis — and be honest about where they work and where they don't - Help set the standard for how paid gets run here as the team scales
What We Require 3–5+ years of hands-on paid media execution, at an agency or in-house Client-facing experience in some capacity — you have owned a relationship, not just a spreadsheet Google Ads, Meta, and Linked In as your primary channels, with demonstrable depth in at least two Experience at real budget scale. Managing $3 K/month for five years does not translate to the programs we run. Tell us the spend levels you have actually been accountable for Ownership behavior. A track record you can point to of driving something through to completion without being managed to it AI fluency with underlying craft. AI will get you 60–70% of the way on most paid work. We want someone who knows the systems well enough to know where that last 30% is, and why letting a campaign run itself is how accounts quietly die
What Moves You Up the List B2 B experience. Not a hard requirement — strong, well-rounded B2 C work at high budget and high performance carries real weight — but B2 B is where we live SEO and GEO / LLM optimization experience. Genuine value-add, increasingly central to what our clients need Hub Spot Marketing Hub or Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement proficiency Google Tag Manager, GA4 , and comfort in Looker Studio, Power BI, or Databox Clay or other advanced automation and enrichment platforms B2 B lead lifecycle and funnel optimization background Time spent at credible agencies or at companies running serious paid programs — we do look at where you've been and what those organizations were actually doing
Our Hiring Process
We've designed this to respect your time and to actually find out whether this is a fit — in both directions.
Application review. Every applicant is reviewed against a written rubric. Everyone gets a response. Discovery conversation with our leadership team. Background, how you think, what you actually want to be doing. Scenario session with the head of the paid practice. Not a take-home presentation. We will walk you through real situations from real accounts and talk through how you'd handle them. Come as you are — we're interested in how you reason, not how well you prepare slides. Decision. Quickly.
Why This Seat, Right Now
Most paid roles are maintenance work inside an established machine. This one isn't.
Full Funnel is at the cutting edge of where B2 B go-to-market is heading — AI-native execution, proprietary workflow development, and a partnership and tooling stack most agencies don't have access to. There is no layer of approval between you and trying something. If you are the kind of person who has been quietly frustrated by how slow it is to get anything interesting shipped, that frustration ends here.
For someone who comes in and does this job well, the runway over the next few years is significant. This is a function being built, and we intend for the person who builds it to run it.
What You'll Gain Exposure to a diverse portfolio of B2 B clients across multiple industries Hands-on access to the most advanced marketing and GTM tech stack in B2 B Mentorship from senior marketing and Rev Ops leadership actively modernizing the category Real autonomy, real budget, and a culture that treats experimentation as the job rather than a distraction from it
