We are partnering with a highly respected, long-established law firm in downtown Chicago seeking a Paralegal to support its busy Estate Planning & Probate Practice Group . Responsibilities
- Prepare, revise, and proofread estate planning and probate documents
- Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and client communications
- Coordinate document execution, filings, and record maintenance
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic client files
- Communicate with clients, financial institutions, courts, and third parties
- Assist with probate administration matters and estate settlement processes
- Support attorneys throughout all phases of estate planning and probate matters
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of legal documents and correspondence
Ideal Qualifications
- 2+ years of paralegal experience supporting an Estate Planning and/or Probate practice
- Strong legal administrative and document management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Professional communication skills and client-service mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
