Partnership Manager

Halian is growing its Strategic Partnerships team in Dubai, and we're looking for an experienced Partnership Manager to develop and grow relationships across our existing client base in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

This is a strategic, relationship-focused role where you'll take ownership of key client accounts, build relationships with senior stakeholders and identify opportunities to expand Halian's services across some of the UAE's leading organisations. Rather than focusing primarily on winning new logos, your focus will be on growing and developing existing partnerships.

What You'll Be Doing

• Take ownership of a portfolio of strategic clients across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, hiring managers, procurement teams and business leaders.
• Develop account plans and stakeholder maps to identify opportunities across different departments and business units.
• Understand your clients' business objectives, technology environments, upcoming projects and workforce requirements.
• Identify opportunities to increase Halian's footprint and revenue within existing accounts.
• Introduce additional recruitment and workforce solutions where appropriate.
• Work closely with Halian's recruitment and delivery teams to convert opportunities into successful outcomes.
• Build a strong pipeline of future opportunities across your strategic accounts.

What We're Looking For

• Experience within account management, partnerships, recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, workforce solutions or professional services.
• A proven track record of developing and growing existing client accounts.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify new opportunities within existing partnerships.
• Confidence building relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Experience within technology, recruitment or workforce solutions is highly desirable.
• A strategic, consultative and relationship-led approach to account development.
• Commercial, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of key client relationships.

UAE or wider Middle East experience is an advantage, but we're also interested in experienced strategic account and partnership professionals who are looking to relocate to Dubai.
