Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Parts Service Sales Engineer with a strong background in diesel generators particularly Perkins engines to drive aftermarket sales develop customer relationships and expand business opportunities across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the rental construction oil gas and defence sectors
- Promote and sell genuine spare parts for company products and Perkins engines
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets for spare parts servicing and aftermarket solutions
- Conduct customer visits and site inspections to understand requirements and recommend suitable spare parts and stocking plans
- Provide technical support identify spare parts using catalogues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer demands to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports market analyses and customer feedback updates
- Coordinate with internal service and parts teams to ensure effective customer support and timely delivery
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in parts and product support sales within the diesel generator industry.
- Strong knowledge of Perkins diesel engines and generators, including spare parts, sales, and service.
- Proven experience in spare parts sales; engine repowering experience is an advantage.
- Experience serving rental power, construction, oil & gas, or defence customers.
- Good knowledge of the UAE market and established industry contacts.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

- Technical ability to identify spare parts through catalogues and recommend suitable products.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Preferred Candidate: A target-driven sales professional with hands-on knowledge of Perkins engines, diesel generator spare parts, and aftermarket services in the UAE.
