We are in search of a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team in Dubai. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries and desserts for our customers. Your creativity, attention to detail, and knowledge of current industry trends will be essential in this role. Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef and a passion for creating high-quality desserts. Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake various types of pastries, including cakes, cookies, pies, and bread.
• Create unique dessert recipes that cater to different dietary needs and preferences.
• Decorate pastries using various techniques to enhance their visual appeal.
• Ensure all food products meet quality standards and are presented correctly.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Train and supervise junior pastry chefs in pastry-making techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area at all times.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to plan menus and specials.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to continuously learn about new pastry trends and techniques.
• Degree or certification from a culinary school is preferred.

Salary: 1300$ per month.
