Pastry Chef - Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delectable pastries and desserts for our restaurant. Your main duties will include preparing ingredients, baking and decorating various pastries, and maintaining inventory and supplies. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a professional kitchen, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and follow recipes accurately
Bake and decorate various pastries, including cakes, cookies, and tarts
Monitor oven temperatures and baking times
Ensure presentation of pastries is visually appealing
Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new pastry items for the menu
Adhere to food safety standards at all times

Requirements

Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of pastry arts techniques and methods
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
Creativity and passion for creating delicious pastries
Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or relevant field is preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with team members
Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary

Salary: $1200 per month
