A reputable bakery in Lusail is seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries and desserts for our customers. The ideal candidate should have a passion for pastry-making and a creative flair.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new pastry recipes that align with our bakery's brand and customer preferences
• Prepare all types of pastries, including cakes, cookies, tarts, and breads
• Decorate pastries using various techniques such as icing, glazing, and piping
• Ensure quality and consistency in all pastry products
• Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies needed for pastry-making
• Train and supervise junior pastry chefs in the bakery
• Adhere to food safety standards at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
• Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of different types of pastries, baking techniques, and decorations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Creative thinking skills with an eye for detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:

We are offering a monthly salary of 1500$ along with additional benefits such as health insurance, annual leave, and performance bonuses.

Working Hours:

The working hours are from 8am to 5pm with one day off per week.
