Good hands-on experience with TIA Portal V16 and above and SIMATIC controllers including S?-400, S?-300, S?-1200, and S?-1500.
Advanced WinCC engineering capability, including graphics, alarms, trends, tags, scripts, reports, faceplates, and customization of objects according to project requirements.
Experience with SIMATIC BATCH configuration, recipes, unit procedures, phases, batch control, reporting, testing, and commissioning.
Working knowledge of Siemens Process Historian and Information Server, including architecture, installation, configuration, integration, archiving, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Experience with client-server, redundant server, virtualization, domain-based, time-synchronization, backup, restore, and OPC server architectures.
Good knowledge of PROFIBUS, PROFINET, Modbus RTU/TCP, OPC/OPC UA, HART, PRP, HSR, IEC 61850, Industrial Ethernet, and third-party system integration.
Good scripting experience using WinCC scripts, VBScript, C scripts, or other relevant automation tools.
