Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North is seeking a highly organized People & Culture Executive with hands‑on experience in waterpark, theme park, or high‑volume hospitality operations. You will support the day‑to‑day People & Culture operations, including employee relations, payroll coordination, attendance and leave management, employee documentation, recruitment support, onboarding, and HR administration.
Hands‑on experience with the Oasys payroll system is mandatory for this position.
