Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North is seeking a highly organized People & Culture Executive with hands on experience in waterpark, theme park, or high volume hospitality operations. You will support the day to day People & Culture operations, including employee relations, payroll coordination, attendance and leave management, employee documentation, recruitment support, onboarding, and HR administration.
Hands on experience with the Oasys payroll system is mandatory for this position.
