People & Culture Manager – Dubai | AED 18K–20K per month
We are hiring a People & Culture Manager on behalf of our client, a growing organization based in Dubai.
This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who can operate strategically and operationally — driving people strategy, culture, and talent acquisition while also managing day-to-day HR operations in a hands‑on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR & Culture
- Develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead culture and engagement initiatives across onshore and offshore teams
- Advise leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession
Talent Acquisition
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and structured hiring processes
- Build pipelines of top-tier talent and improve candidate experience
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Design engagement programs (e.g. pulse surveys, team building)
- Manage employee relations and promote inclusion across teams
Performance & Development
- Design L&D programs aligned with future skills (digital, AI, leadership)
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 8–12 years of HR experience , across strategic and operational areas
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; CIPD or SHRM preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR compliance
- Proven success in talent acquisition and culture-building
- Experience with HRIS, ATS , and modern HR tools
