What Success Looks Like You don't start with the advertising platform. You start with the client's objective .
You understand the difference between impressions, engagement, leads and meaningful business outcomes.
You don't consider a campaign successful because it generated cheap leads if those leads are not qualified.
You know when to scale, when to test and when to stop.
You can identify whether a campaign is struggling because of its audience, creative, landing page, tracking or conversion process.
You don't rely blindly on platform-reported results. You verify performance against actual outcomes.
You turn performance data into specific creative recommendations rather than simply requesting more advertisements.
You understand how advertising, creative, technology and the user journey work together.
You manage budgets responsibly and identify inefficient spending early.
You use AI and automation to improve decisions, not replace your judgment.
You don't send reports full of metrics without explaining what they mean.
You can tell an Account Manager or client what happened, why it may have happened, what remains uncertain and what should happen next .
You anticipate problems rather than discovering them after the campaign ends.
Clients trust your recommendations. Creative teams understand your feedback. Account Managers can rely on your numbers. And every campaign becomes smarter because of your involvement.
