Performance Marketing Manager, Dubai

Were looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our client with offices in Dubai on a Remote basis.

They work with international multi-market clients who are ambitious and commercially demanding and they also build software and place development teams. Its a business where marketing is judged on results that stand up to scrutiny not activity.

About the Role:

You will own the strategy build optimisation and reporting of performance campaigns across Google Meta Yahoo and TikTok and be the person clients trust with their budget.

This is a senior hands-on role with genuine ownership of client outcomes not execution against someone elses plan. Youll report straight to the CEO with the autonomy to build the performance marketing function as the business grows. Its fully remote. Our client hires for capability rather than postcode provided you keep a workable overlap with the Gulf working day and can join client calls across their time zones.

What youll do:

Campaign Ownership -

• Plan build launch and scale campaigns across Google Ads (Search AI Max Performance Max Demand Gen YouTube) Meta (Advantage Sales Lead Generation) Yahoo DSP and Yahoo Native and TikTok Ads
• Deploy and govern AI Max on Search: search term matching text customisation final URL expansion brand controls and category reporting balancing the reach gain against query quality and brand safety
• Allocate and reallocate budget across channels and markets on the basis of incremental return
• Keep a continuous testing agenda running across audiences creative bidding strategy landing pages and offers
• Own measurement integrity end to end: conversion APIs server-side tagging GA4 configuration offline conversion imports and attribution settings

Analysis & Reporting -

• Build and maintain reporting that answers commercial questions quickly: CAC ROAS CPL LTV to CAC and incrementality
• Diagnose performance movements and explain the underlying cause not just the outcome
• Present findings forecasts and recommendations directly to clients and to the CEO

Client Partnership -

• Act as the senior performance marketing authority on a portfolio of international accounts
• Lead performance reviews quarterly business reviews forecasting and growth planning
• Manage client expectations candidly and constructively including where the data doesnt support the request

AI & Platform Change -

• Keep current working knowledge of platform automation: AI Max smart bidding keywordless and broad match behaviour Advantage automation AI-assisted creative and privacy-first measurement
• Apply AI tooling to raise both output and quality creative variants copy at scale script automation anomaly detection and reporting
• Translate platform and industry change into a clear point of view for clients before they raise it

What youll bring:

• Minimum 5 years hands-on performance marketing with a proven demonstrable record of results
• Deep current in-platform capability across Google Meta Yahoo and TikTok not a single-channel specialist
• A track record of managing substantial monthly spend against defined CAC and ROAS targets
• Confident in GA4 Looker Studio or equivalent and advanced spreadsheet work able to interrogate data rather than accept it
• Hands-on experience running AI-led campaign types and layers including AI Max and Performance Max with a view on where automation helps and where it should be constrained
• A solid understanding of how AI is reshaping campaign management creative production and measurement
• Excellent written and spoken English with the confidence to lead a client conversation
• Composed responsive and straightforward under pressure delivering both results and a high standard of care to demanding stakeholders
• Proven track record of delivering autonomously in a remote role self-directed well organised and consistently reachable with a reliable connection and a professional environment for client calls
• Comfortable operating across multiple time zones maintaining a workable overlap with Gulf hours

Nice to have:

• Experience across both e-commerce and lead-generation models GCC or wider MENA market experience
• Agency-side background managing multiple concurrent accounts
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
• SQL Python or scripting applied to reporting and automation
• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications

• First 30 days: full audit of live accounts completed tracking verified and immediate improvements identified and implemented
• First 90 days: restructured campaigns live a testing roadmap in operation and a reporting cadence established with every client
• First six months: measurable improvement in blended CAC and ROAS with client retention and budget expansion
