About the Role
We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels for our agency's clients. You'll own campaign performance end-to-end — from strategy and setup through daily optimization and reporting — working closely with account managers, creative teams, and clients to hit growth and ROI targets.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In,and other relevant platforms
- Own budget allocation and pacing across multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data — bids, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels
- Set up and maintain tracking (GA4, GTM, pixel/conversion tracking, UTM structures) to ensure accurate measurement
- Build and present clear, insight-driven performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders
- A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS, and other key metrics
- Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats/channels
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to brief and refine high-performing creative assets
- Identify upsell and scaling opportunities within existing client accounts
- Manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, ideally in an agency setting
- Proven track record managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI (ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV)
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and at least one of Linked In/Tik Tok/Pinterest Ads
- Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis; familiarity with dashboarding tools (Looker Studio, Supermetrics, etc.) a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication skills — able to explain performance clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple accounts/clients at once
- Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with e-commerce (Shopify/Amazon Ads) or lead-gen verticals
- Basic understanding of SEO, CRO, or email marketing
- Experience with programmatic or DSP platforms
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Hub Spot, Klaviyo, etc.)
What We Offer
- Competitive salary + performance bonuses
- Learning & development budget for certifications and courses
- Opportunity to work across diverse industries and client portfolios
- Collaborative, fast-paced agency culture
