Pergola Painting and External Wooden Fence Refurbishment Works
Scope of Work:
- Inspect the building pergola and external wooden fences to assess the damaged and deteriorated areas.
- Remove all loose, faded, and damaged paint from the pergola.
- Clean and prepare the pergola surface for repainting.
- Repair minor cracks, holes, and surface defects as required.
- Apply suitable exterior primer/sealer to the pergola.
- Apply two coats of approved exterior-grade paint to the pergola.
- Sand and clean the external wooden fences to remove the damaged polish/finish.
- Apply suitable wood preservative/sealer where required.
- Apply two coats of approved exterior-grade wood polish/finish to the external wooden fences.
- Ensure a uniform and neat finish throughout the treated areas.
- Carry out final inspection and touch-up works where required.
- Clean the work area and remove all debris upon completion.
- Conduct a site inspection to verify the scope of work and provide complete technical details, including the proposed brand name and sample pictures, along with the proposal.
