PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The PA General holds a high-trust and prestigious role, providing comprehensive personal and administrative support to senior principals within a private palace environment. The position requires exceptional organisation, discretion, cultural awareness, and flexibility, supporting both personal and business-related matters in a fast-paced, high-profile setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Luxury Management, or Personal Assistance preferred
• Certification in Personal Assistance is a strong advantage

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5+ years' experience supporting senior individuals in a royal, UHNW, or private estate environment
• Background in luxury hospitality, private office, or high-level PA roles highly regarded

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Fluent in English and Arabic (Essential)
• Additional languages highly regarded
• Strong organisational, planning, and multitasking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic communication
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to last-minute changes
• Culturally aware and protocol-conscious
• Well-groomed, articulate, and professional presentation
• Flexible mindset; comfortable with non-standard working hours
• Fully committed to the role and palace lifestyle
• Drivers Licence

DUTIES

• Oversee scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements for royal family members
• Coordinate official events, engagements, and meetings, ensuring protocol compliance
• Administer budgets, expense tracking, and financial documentation
• Plan and execute travel and accommodation arrangements
• Uphold cultural traditions, royal protocol, and confidentiality at all times
• Manage confidential correspondence and sensitive information
• Assist with procurement of luxury goods and services (interiors, catering, etc.)
• Maintain inventory of palace assets, antiques, and valuable items
• Handle special requests with discretion, efficiency, and professionalism
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Principal or senior management

WORKING HOURS

• 6 days per week, with 1 day off
• Must be fully flexible to meet business and household needs
• Not suited to candidates who require strict working hours or rigid schedules
• Travel: Required when approved by the business

SALARY

AED 30,000 - 35,000 (inclusive of mobile allowance) tax free in UAE
