A growing New York litigation boutique is looking for a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join its team.

If you're an attorney who wants real ownership of your cases, meaningful courtroom exposure, and the opportunity to grow your trial practice , this could be a great fit.

What You'll Handle:

• Manage plaintiff PI cases from intake through resolution
• Handle motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, and general negligence
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Handle court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Prepare cases for trial and work closely with partners on strategy
• Communicate directly with clients and manage your caseload

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience
• Plaintiff-side experience strongly preferred
• New York Bar admission in good standing
• Strong litigation skills and the ability to manage cases independently
• Trial experience is a major plus

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between ($150,000 – $275,000 annually) . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
