Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Description
The Encompass Group is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a collaborative outpatient orthopedic clinic . This is a great opportunity for a PTA who enjoys hands-on patient care, working alongside an experienced orthopedic team, and helping patients get back to the activities they love.
What You'll Do
* Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
* Work primarily with orthopedic and musculoskeletal patients
* Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and treatment programs
* Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with the care team
* Educate patients on exercises and treatment plans
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
* Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other members of the clinical team
What We're Looking For
* Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
* Strong interest in outpatient orthopedic care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Passion for providing high-quality, patient-focused care
