Geriatric Medicine Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner
Eugene, OR
Currently seeking an Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner for an opportunity in the Eugene area. Focused on Skilled Nursing Facility/Long Term Care. Seeking providers with experience as well as recent graduates.
Responsibilities of the Post Acute Care/Geriatric Medicine Physician Assistant
* Work with a Skilled Nursing Facility.
* Responsibilities include clinic, follow ups, and established visits
* Focused on treatment plans, follow ups, and complaints. Coordination of care
* Typically 16 patients per day
Requirements of the Post Acute Care/Geriatric Medicine Physician Assistant
* Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Program
* NCCPA certified
* Master Degree
* Active Physician Assistant License
* Active Certification as an Adult NP and Licensed
* Experience as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner
* Hold DEA license
Schedule of Psot Acute Care/Geriatric Medicine Physician Assistant
* Schedule Monday thru Friday
* Flexible workday
* No call
* No weekends
* Possible Remote Work
Compensation and Benefits of the Post Acute Care/ Geriatric Medicine Physician Assistant
* Salary range of 125,000-140,000
* 401k with match
