Our busy medical practice in Dukhan is seeking a qualified and experienced Physician Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. This position is open to Indian applicants only, with excellent English language skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in primary care and be comfortable working with patients of all ages. This is a full-time contract position, with no accommodation provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting physician with patient exams, procedures and treatments
Obtaining and recording patient medical histories
Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
Prescribing medications as directed by the physician
Educating patients on treatment plans and medications
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or related field
Valid biometric passport for international travel
At least 2 years of experience working as a Physician Assistant in a primary care setting
Current certification from the Indian Society of Physician Assistants (ISPA)
Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
Skills:
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of primary care practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using electronic medical records systems
Salary: This is a contract position offering a salary of 1000$ per month, based on qualifications and experience.
