Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs and goals.
Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to support children's gross motor skills, balance, coordination, strength, mobility, posture, and functional independence .
Monitor and document each child's progress and update treatment goals as appropriate.
Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, ABA therapists, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
Communicate professionally with parents and caregivers regarding therapy goals, progress, and appropriate home-based activities.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and treatment records.
Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary meetings when required.
Follow the centre's clinical, professional, and safeguarding policies.
Maintain confidentiality and professional standards at all times.
Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy/Physical Therapy or equivalent.
Valid MOH or SHA professional license/eligibility is required.
Previous experience working with children, paediatric clients, or developmental conditions is preferred.
Knowledge of paediatric physiotherapy, developmental milestones, and gross motor development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when working with children and their families.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team .

Good clinical documentation and organizational skills.
