We are looking for an experienced Planner (Construction) to provide planning and scheduling support to the project team, with a focus on construction activities. The role will be responsible for schedule development, monitoring, analysis, progress reporting, and identifying potential delays and areas requiring mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor and analyze project construction schedules.
- Coordinate planning inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, completion and other project functions.
- Review and monitor EPC contractor and subcontractor planning and scheduling activities.
- Analyze project progress, productivity, trends and potential schedule delays.
- Conduct schedule delay and impact analysis and review recovery plans.
- Assess the impact of engineering, procurement, SIMOPS and construction readiness constraints on project schedules.
- Review contractor schedules, resources and progress reports and identify areas of concern.
- Ensure approved project changes and their schedule impacts are properly incorporated.
- Provide planning support to overcome project execution challenges.
- Support project controls and planning deliverables in accordance with project requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Business, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Experience working with EPC contractors, subcontractors and vendors in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases and Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage planning activities effectively.
