Resource Allocation : Plan manpower, materials, and equipment for mechanical/welding works.
Progress Monitoring : Track project milestones and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Coordination : Liaise with site teams, QA/QC, and management to align schedules.
Risk Management : Identify delays, risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
Documentation : Maintain planning records, progress charts, and compliance reports.
Requirements Minimum 12-15 years of exp. in Oil & Gas , Petrochemical, Fertilizers industry.
Experienced in shutdown/turnaround planning (5-7 year GCC Exp is must).
