Caliberly is looking for an experienced Planning Engineer for a reputed real estate development project in the UAE.

Dubai, UAE
Experience:
6–10 years, including a minimum of 3 years of UAE experience
Salary:
Up to AED 18,000–23,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project baseline schedules from scratch using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Monitor project progress, critical paths, schedule deviations, and project risks.
- Conduct delay analysis, review Extension of Time (EOT) claims, and develop recovery programmes.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, commercial, project management, and construction teams.
- Prepare management dashboards and progress reports using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Strong hands‑on expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project, including original baseline schedule creation.
- Proven experience in EOT claims, forensic delay analysis, and schedule recovery.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Advanced Excel.
- Experience with leading UAE real estate developers, consultants, or Tier‑1 contractors is highly preferred.
- Exposure to residential, luxury villa, mixed‑use, or high‑rise developments is an advantage.
Important:
Candidates must have strong project planning and controls experience, beyond routine schedule updates or progress tracking.
