A leading construction company is looking for an experienced Civil Planner / Cost Controller to join its growing project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update baseline programmes, look-ahead schedules and recovery plans using Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Monitor project progress, critical activities, delays, resources and procurement schedules
- Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, cash flow, cost-to-complete and budget-versus-actual reporting
- Prepare S-curves, manpower histograms, progress reports and management dashboards
- Support variation claims, EOT documentation, quantity monitoring and subcontractor performance tracking
Candidate Requirements
- Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Quantity Surveying qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in civil construction projects
- Mandatory exposure to both industrial and residential projects
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project and Advanced Excel
- Experience in planning, scheduling, project controls, cost monitoring and progress reporting
- Knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, construction sequencing, resource planning and variation management
