Planning Engineer (Desalination plant experience) Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Planning Engineer, preferably in water, desalination, infrastructure, or industrial projects. Strong experience in baseline preparation and progress updating. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Excel. Good knowledge of project scheduling, progress measurement, and reporting.
