General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
Analyse programme logic sequencing resource allocation and critical/near-critical paths.
Identify schedule risks unrealistic durations and opportunities for resequencing or acceleration.
Monitor progress vs. baseline and prepare schedule forecasts dashboards and executive reports.
Support delay analysis EoT assessments and contractual time-related matters.
Coordinate with internal teams contractors and authorities to resolve programme/interface issues.
Lead programme review meetings and advise the Client/Employer on schedule risks and mitigation strategies.
Bachelors degree in civil engineering or related field; Masters preferred.
10 years of planning experience with strong consultant/PMC background in the UAE.
Proven experience in major infrastructure projects (roads highways bridges tunnels).
Expert user of Primavera P6 .
Strong understanding of UAE construction methodologies authority standards and FIDIC contracts.
Excellent communication analytical and reporting skills.
