PLANNING MANAGER – METRO / RAIL

UAE | Major Contractor | US$1 Billion Package

A standout opportunity to take a leading role on a major metro programme in the UAE.

Join a major contractor as Planning Manager, overseeing a US$1 billion package of works spanning complex tunnelling, station construction and fit-out interfaces.

This role offers the scale, technical challenge and responsibility to make a significant step in your career. You’ll shape the construction programme, lead planning across multidisciplinary teams and play a central role in delivering major transport infrastructure.

Alongside a tax‑free salary and a UAE city location, you’ll gain valuable experience and visibility on a major programme—strengthening your track record on some of the industry’s most demanding works.

We’re looking for:

• An experienced Planning Manager with a strong background in major metro and tunnelling projects
• Proven main contractor experience managing complex construction programmes
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• In-depth knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling and progress monitoring
• Strong Primavera P6 skills, including critical path analysis and programme recovery

If you’re looking for greater scale, responsibility and a technically rewarding challenge, this opportunity deserves a conversation.
