Oversee maintenance of rotating and static equipment.
Plan and coordinate plant shutdown maintenance activities.
Implement reliability improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance.
Conduct or coordinate Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Support Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM) activities.
Use SAP PM and CMMS for maintenance planning, scheduling and tracking.
Monitor maintenance performance and equipment reliability.
Coordinate with maintenance teams and relevant departments.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements.
Support continuous improvement in maintenance processes.
