Plant Manager | Dairy Manufacturing
Location: Southern California
Compensation: $180,000–$200,000 base + 15%–25% bonus
Relocation Package available for the right candidate.
Our client is currently seeking a hands-on Plant Manager with strong fluid milk experience to lead operations at an established dairy manufacturing facility in Southern California.
This individual will oversee production, maintenance, quality, and overall plant performance. We are looking for someone who is comfortable being on the plant floor , understands the fluid milk process from receiving and pasteurization through filling and packaging, and knows how to drive accountability through measurable results.
