Roles and Responsibilities

- A Diploma or a relatedQualification in Plumbing is preferred.
- Extensive Knowledge ofplumbing work.
- Proven track record ina plumbing role in hospitality.
- Sensational Teamworkand Collaboration skills to work effectively within a group and acrossdepartments with Fellow ‘FIVERs.’
- A Proactive Nature,coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of theOperation is curated to perfection.
- A hands-on attitude,fuelled by a ‘Can-Do!’ Spirit.
- Installs, Repairs, andMaintains pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in Commercialand Residential Structures.
- Carry out plumbing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, andrepair works, including water supply, drainage, pumps, valves, andsanitary systems.
- Perform swimming pool maintenance and operation, including poolpumps, filtration systems, circulation, valves, strainers, andbackwashing.
- Monitor pool water levels, circulation, filtration, and chemicaldosing to maintain required water-quality standards.
- Attend to pool-related leakages, blockages, equipment issues, andcorrective maintenance.
- Conduct routine PPM and maintain records of plumbing and poolequipment activities.
- Ensure all works comply with hotel safety, hygiene, and operationalstandards.
- Responds to,Diagnoses, and Resolves Plumbing Issues with ‘FIVE-Star’ Efficiency.
- Performs remarkableRoutine Inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
- Conducts Light Construction,carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling, and electrical work asrequired.
- Tests, Troubleshoots,and performs Basic Repairs on all types of equipment with a ‘Can-Do!’ Attitude.
- Maintains MaintenanceInventory and Requisitions parts and supplies as needed, with exquisite Detail.
