About the role
We are looking for a hands-on PM Coordinator to make sure every apartment is fully ready before a tenant moves in, and that every tenant complaint and maintenance request is followed through to closure. You will work between our Property Management team, the Facility Management (FM) and maintenance teams, contractors and tenants, and report to the Property Manager.
This is a site-based role. We need someone who gets things fixed, not someone who only reports them.
