ISKAAN is seeking a qualified contractor to undertake the rectification of Indigo Tower's swimming pool deck tiles and associated waterproofing. The scope includes removal of damaged tiles, supply and installation of 40×40 cm tiles, waterproofing works, surface preparation, grout of 512 m², planter pot replacement, and repainting of planter surfaces.
The contractor will ensure proper tile alignment, drainage slope, and defect rectification at project completion.
