Portfolio Manager

Location: Milwaukee, WI, Hybrid
Role Overview
The Portfolio Manager will manage multiple Corporate Technology projects and make sure they are aligned with business priorities.
The main focus will be on:
- Portfolio Management
- Budget Management & Forecasting
- Vendor Management
- Contracts & SOWs
- Procurement & Purchase Orders
- Governance & Reporting
- Stakeholder Management
- Risk Management
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple technology projects/initiatives and ensure they are aligned with business goals.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting .
- Handle vendors, contracts, SOWs, renewals, and vendor performance .
- Manage purchase orders, invoice approvals, and procurement activities .
- Act as the main point of contact for the Corporate Technology organization.
- Communicate and coordinate with business stakeholders and leadership .
- Support governance meetings, portfolio reviews, and executive reporting .
- Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across projects.
- Work closely with Technology, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and business teams .
- Identify ways to improve portfolio processes and operational efficiency .
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field .
- 5+ years of experience in Portfolio Management, Program Management, Vendor Management, or IT Business Management.
- Strong experience with:
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Vendor & Contract Management
- SOW Management
- Procurement
- Purchase Orders
- Stakeholder Management
- Governance & Reporting
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills .
