Exalogic is looking for an experienced Pre-Sales / Solution Consultant to join our team and contribute to exciting opportunities in the Real Estate Technology space. We’re looking for someone who understands both Real Estate / Property Management operations and technology solutions and can effectively translate client requirements into the right software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand business requirements and challenges.
- Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations.
- Understand property management workflows, including leasing, tenant management, maintenance, finance and property operations.
- Prepare proposals, RFPs/RFIs and solution documentation.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design suitable solutions.
- Support the sales team throughout the pre-sales cycle.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting within the PropTech or Real Estate Technology industry.
- Good understanding of Property Management Software and real estate business processes.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Yardi, MRI Software, RealPage, SAP RE-FX, Oracle Real Estate or similar solutions.
- Experience in client-facing product demonstrations, solution presentations and proposal preparation.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
