Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Finance, Marketing, International Business, or related field

Develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand the Precious Metals business across assigned global markets.
Build and nurture strong networks with bullion dealers, refiners, jewellers, banks, and institutional financial market participants.
Identify high-value business opportunities, negotiate commercial terms, and drive top-line revenue.
Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, supply-demand shifts, and regulatory frameworks impacting precious metals.
Partner with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Compliance, Logistics) for smooth execution and end-to-end deal management.
