About the Role

We are seeking a poised, articulate, and highly experienced Private Butler to provide dedicated personal, hospitality, and operational support to our Chairman. Operating across both the Chairman’s Executive Office and private entertaining spaces, you will be responsible for delivering seamless 5-star hospitality to VIP guests, managing daily executive office chores and aesthetics, and orchestrating private dinners, corporate receptions, and high-profile gatherings with absolute discretion and finesse.

Key Responsibilities

• VIP Guest Relations & Executive Hospitality:


• Serve as the primary hospitality point of contact for the Chairman’s VVIP guests, dignitaries, board members, and international delegations.


• Deliver refined, anticipatory table and beverage service (including specialty coffees, fine teas, mocktails, and formal silver service) during executive meetings and private hosting.


• Remember and maintain detailed preference profiles for regular VIP visitors to ensure a personalized, world-class welcome on every visit.


• Party, Event & Dinner Management:


• Plan, set up, and execute the Chairman’s private parties, corporate luncheons, boardroom dinners, and celebratory gatherings from concept to completion.


• Coordinate directly with luxury caterers, private chefs, florists, and event vendors to curate menus, table scapes, lighting, and ambiance.


• Oversee event service staff during larger gatherings to ensure flawless flow, timing, and guest comfort.


• Chairman’s Office & Personal Stewardship:


• Manage all daily chores and presentation standards of the Chairman’s private office, executive lounge, boardroom, and private dining areas, ensuring they remain immaculate at all times.


• Oversee fresh floral arrangements, luxury amenities, fine china, glassware, and pantry/cellar inventories, handling all restocking and procurement.


• Assist with the Chairman’s daily personal requirements at the office, including meal coordination, personal errands, gift procurement for VIPs, and travel preparation (packing/wardrobe care when required).


• Coordination & Administration:


• Liaise closely with the Executive Assistant, security detail, chauffeurs, and housekeeping teams to synchronize the Chairman’s daily movements and hosting schedule.


• Manage petty cash, vendor invoices, and hospitality budgets with accuracy and transparency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: Minimum of 4–6 years of experience as a Private Butler, Executive Lounge Butler, VVIP Corporate Hostess, or VVIP Cabin Crew (First/Business Class) dealing directly with C-suite executives, Royals, or UHNW individuals.


• Hospitality & Event Mastery: Proven track record in hosting VIP guests, managing high-end private parties/corporate events, and executing formal dining etiquette and table styling.


• Presentation & Demeanor: Immaculate grooming, graceful posture, and a warm, calm, and confident presence.


• Discretion & Integrity: Unwavering commitment to confidentiality and privacy when operating around sensitive corporate and personal matters.


• Communication: Fluency in English is essential (additional languages are a strong advantage).


• Flexibility: Ability to adapt to dynamic executive schedules, including occasional evening hosting or events.
