Responsibilities
Manage all government liaison activities including visa processing work permits and business licenses ensuring strict compliance with local regulations.
Provide expert legal counsel on commercial contracts employment law and corporate governance mitigating risks and safeguarding company interests.
Draft review and negotiate a wide range of legal documents from agreements to policies ensuring clarity and enforceability.
Oversee and manage all litigation and dispute resolution processes working closely with external counsel when necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in a similar PRO and Legal Advisor capacity.
Proven track record of successfully navigating governmental procedures and legal frameworks.
Strong understanding of corporate law, commercial contracts, and employment legislation.
