Procurement Manager

Develop and implement procurement strategies for UAE construction projects Manage suppliers subcontractors RFQs evaluations negotiations and purchase orders Identify and prequalify UAE-based vendors and ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery Coordinate with Project Management Technical Commercial and Finance teams to meet project requirements Resolve procurement technical and commercial issues with suppliers and subcontractors Monitor vendor performance procurement schedules costs quality and risks Prepare monthly and quarterly procurement reports for management Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies project requirements contracts and UAE regulations Act as a procurement advisor to Project Management and proactively manage procurement risks and challenges Manage procurement strategies and activities for UAE construction projects Source evaluate and negotiate with suppliers subcontractors and vendors Manage RFQs quotations comparisons purchase orders and contracts Ensure timely delivery competitive costs and compliance with project requirements Coordinate with Project Commercial Technical and Finance teams Monitor vendor performance and resolve procurement-related issues Prepare procurement reports and provide recommendations to management Proactively manage procurement risks and support successful project delivery
