TASC Outsourcing is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join a growing organization associated with a prestigious real estate development on Jubail Island, Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity for a procurement professional who can combine strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, supplier management, and cost optimization in a dynamic real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end procurement, tendering, and strategic sourcing.
- Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and commercial evaluations.
- Oversee procurement of materials, services, FM requirements, and maintenance contracts.
- Drive cost savings, procurement governance, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality, value, and timely delivery.
What We're Looking For:
- 7-10+ years of procurement experience, ideally in real estate, property development, facilities management, or construction.
- Strong expertise in tender management, contract administration, and supplier negotiations.
- Experience managing procurement operations and leading teams.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or SAP Ariba.
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
