Target Pay Rate: $50-88 per hour

Required Skills:

• Proven negotiation and facilitation skills
• Analytical and data-driven approach with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of procurement systems and processes
• Project management skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Oracle Financial Applications and Ariba procurement system
• Familiarity with eSourcing software applications
• Knowledge of strategic sourcing methodology
• Change management experience
• Cross-functional team collaboration expertise

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
• At least 5+ years of procurement and sourcing experience
• Prior experience with procurement system implementation and support

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong business analysis and communication skills
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and vendor management
