Applicants must have experience working with Qatari government entities and a sound understanding of their purchasing, approval, supply, and supplier management procedures . Core expertise should include procurement planning, market research, quotation comparison, purchase order and delivery follow-up, and achieving value for money.
A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, professional certifications, and professional communication and negotiation skills are required.
