This a Direct Hire position!

Compensation Range: $70k-$80k

What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead and prioritize the work of the Drafting Manager and Drafting Team, ensuring engineering activities align with project schedules and business needs.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Sales to resolve technical challenges and support business objectives.
• Evaluate existing products and processes to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, quality, and cost savings.
• Support the successful transition of new products into manufacturing while providing day-to-day engineering support in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Bring:

• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field.
• At least 1 year of experience in engineering, product design, drafting, manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams.
