Product Manager – ERP

The Product Manager will lead the delivery of medium- to large-scale products and initiatives within Global IT/IS, with responsibility for product/project execution, significant P&L ownership, stakeholder management, vendor oversight, and delivery governance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end product/project planning and delivery, including scope, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and change management.
• Own significant product/project P&Ls and budgets, including forecasting, accruals, actuals vs. forecast, variance analysis, and financial outlook.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and integrated delivery plans aligned with business and IT objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, business, and technical stakeholders.
• Manage third-party vendors and internal, nearshore, and offshore resources.
• Establish governance, communication, decision-making, and escalation processes with Nissan leadership.
• Apply Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies and maintain project data in Clarity, JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
• Provide business, operational, financial, and data analysis to support leadership decisions.

Key Deliverables:

• Product/Project Plan & Roadmap: Integrated scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, timelines, and critical path.
• Financial & P&L Reporting: Forecasts, accruals, actuals vs. forecast, variance analysis, financial outlook, and risk identification.
• Executive Status Reporting: Progress, financial performance, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and upcoming activities.
• Risk, Issue & Change Management: Current logs, mitigation plans, ownership, status, and business/financial impact.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Governance: Meeting cadence, communications, decisions, action items, and resource coordination.
• Business & Data Analysis: Analysis and recommendations supporting product, operational, and financial decisions.
• Final Performance Summary: Delivery results, financial performance, outcomes, lessons learned, and recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in an IS/IT environment.
• Demonstrated ownership of significant P&Ls and/or large-scale product/project budgets.
• Experience leading complex, enterprise-scale, cross-functional products or programs.
• 3+ years managing third-party vendors and external partners.
• Experience managing nearshore and offshore resources.
• Proficiency with Clarity, JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong executive communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently deliver services and meet established timelines and deliverables.
• Spanish language skills highly preferred.
