IJOB Responsibilities
Coordinate daily steel production activities to ensure smooth and continuous operations. Monitor production schedules, targets, manpower, materials, and equipment availability. Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality control, electrical, and mechanical teams. Follow up on production progress and report operational issues to the Production Supervisor/Manager. Monitor production processes and ensure work is carried out according to approved procedures and standards. Assist in identifying production delays, equipment breakdowns, and process-related problems. Maintain production records, shift reports, and other operational documentation. Ensure proper coordination between control room and field operations. Support implementation of production plans and help achieve daily/monthly production targets. Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and environmental procedures. Assist in improving production efficiency, minimizing downtime, and reducing operational losses. Requirements
