Within their business units is a specialist Production Arm - this department is responsible for the Production of Asphalt as well as overseeing the management and up keep of its high value Machinery and Transport - these includes Heavy Lifting Vehicles, Crushers, Mixers etc.
We are currently seeking to recruit a Production - Factory Manager to oversee this business unit in a General Manager capacity. You will be responsible for the production levels and quality of products at the factory, as well as ensuring the vehicles and transport is all kept up to a high standard.
You will be managing the sales/marketing of the business and be liaising with all the senior management team in various other parts of the company.
