About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our fiberglass manufacturing operations. You will lead a team of technicians and ensure production targets are met while maintaining our high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations for GRP/FRP products
- Manage and mentor a team of 15-20 production technicians
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards
- Coordinate with Quality Control for product inspections
- Optimize production schedules and workflow efficiency
- Maintain equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance
- Enforce health and safety regulations
- Report production metrics to management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in composite/fiberglass manufacturing
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of GRP/FRP production processes
- Strong understanding of quality management systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
