Role Description

The Professional Photographer will work on-site in Doha, Qatar in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with creative directors, producers, and brand strategists to deliver high-end visual content. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing photo shoots, setting up lighting and equipment, capturing commercial, lifestyle, and campaign imagery, and ensuring visual consistency with brand guidelines and creative concepts. The role involves working across hospitality, luxury, and corporate clients, scouting locations, coordinating with talent and production teams, and adapting to different visual styles and project requirements. The Professional Photographer will also handle image selection, basic post-production, and file management, while aligning deliverables with digital and social media platform needs and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in professional photography techniques, including composition, lighting, and camera operation for commercial and lifestyle shoots.
• Hands-on experience with studio and on-location lighting setups, as well as use of professional cameras, lenses, and related equipment.
• Competence in photo editing and post-production using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop) to deliver polished, brand-aligned imagery.
• Ability to collaborate with creative directors, producers, and marketing teams to interpret creative briefs and translate brand strategy into visual content.
• Experience shooting content tailored for digital, social media, and campaign use, with an understanding of platform-specific formats and requirements.
• Strong organizational skills for planning shoots, managing assets, meeting timelines, and maintaining a structured workflow.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site with clients, talent, and cross-functional teams.
• Relevant portfolio demonstrating high-end commercial, lifestyle, and brand photography; experience in hospitality, F&B, or luxury sectors is an advantage.
• Degree or formal training in photography, visual arts, media production, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Flexibility to work on-site in Doha, Qatar, with occasional extended hours or weekends based on production schedules
