Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Profit Center Head Business Development Manager to lead business development global procurement international trading and strategic account management activities for a diversified trading business in the UAE The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in international business development global sourcing tender management and building business relationships with international aid organizations NGOs defence contractors embassies and oil and gas companies The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth identifying new business opportunities managing strategic tenders and overseeing the overall performance of the business division

Key Responsibilities

Lead business development and international trading activities to achieve revenue and profitability targets
Develop and implement business strategies to expand the company s global procurement and trading operations
Identify and pursue business opportunities with UN agencies UNICEF Red Cross international aid organizations NGOs defence contractors embassies and oil and gas companies
Manage end-to-end tendering and bidding processes including preparation and submission of commercial proposals
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients suppliers international organizations and strategic partners
Identify global sourcing opportunities negotiate with suppliers and ensure competitive procurement terms
Develop new markets acquire strategic accounts and strengthen existing business relationships
Oversee commercial negotiations pricing strategies contract management and order execution
Monitor sales performance business profitability market trends and competitor activities
Lead and coordinate a division comprising 10 12 team members across administration logistics international procurement and sales
Report business performance growth opportunities and strategic plans directly to the Managing Director

Requirements

15–20 years of relevant experience in general trading, global procurement, international business development, or a related commercial function.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
A degree in International Supply Management is preferred.
Strong experience in tender management and bidding for UN, UNICEF, Red Cross, international aid organizations, NGOs, defence contractors, or embassy accounts.
Exposure to oil and gas business development and international trading is highly desirable.
Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, commercial negotiations, and revenue generation.
Experience managing cross-functional teams covering procurement, logistics, administration, and sales.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, communication, and relationship management skills.
Must currently reside in Dubai or Sharjah, UAE.
Indian nationality preferred, as specified for this requirement.
Candidates able to join at the earliest will be preferred.
