An opportunity is available for an experienced Program Manager – AI & Data Transformation to lead enterprise-level AI, data, and digital transformation initiatives in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This onsite role requires a senior professional with 18+ years of experience, strong program management capabilities, and expertise in delivering complex transformation programs.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI), preferably in commercial or SME banking. The role focuses on end-to-end program management, governance, budgeting, AI adoption, data engineering, and regulatory compliance.

Candidates should be capable of engaging executive stakeholders, leading large teams, and aligning enterprise AI and data initiatives with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end AI and data transformation programs.
• Overseeing program governance, planning, and budgeting.
• Supporting enterprise AI, Generative AI, machine learning, and digital transformation initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience

• Familiarity with Azure OpenAI or AWS AI platforms.
• Knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, and data engineering.

• Strong executive stakeholder management and large-team leadership skills.

Preferred Certifications

PMP, PgMP, or relevant program management certifications are preferred.
